Scaling an up-and-coming cookie brand
Loren is a cancer survivor who wanted to eat delicious cookies while following a clean diet. After plenty of trial and error, Loren created a unique oven-ready cookie recipe that didn't include any dairy and was entirely made of non-allergenic ingredients. And yes, I can attest, it is indeed delicious. Loren managed to make her recipe scalable and ready to expand her presence.
We worked with an agile and adaptable team to maximize impact for the given budget.
One key aspect and scalability was to make Sweet Loren’s universal. Gone is the focus on what it doesn’t have (dairy-free, allergen-free, etc). Sweet Loren’s enables people to invite everyone to enjoy delicious cookies together. Sweet Loren’s is about saying “Yes to Yum.”

We created a positive and vibrant web destination that tells Loren’s story while educating on the quality of ingredients in a fun and engaging way.
We also helped their small team activate at scale by defining their social media strategy and creating a series of social and email templates to power their marketing moving forward.
