Hi, my name is Yannick, I've spent my career igniting change and make creativity work for everyone. This means not only including and valuing everyone within the creative process but also regarding the people for whom we’re creating. By doing this, we can make real, useful stuff that matters.

Furthermore, I firmly believe in giving an innovative twist to data. Why play it safe when we can generate new insights through calculated risks? By embracing the unknown, we open ourselves up to original ideas, and ultimately, more insightful data.

Hence, as an ECD, I'm not just here to lead the creative charge but to nurture happy teams, powerful brands, useful products, and meaningful profits, all while making a positive difference in the world. For me, success isn't just about what we create but who we create for and who we create with.

  • The late 90's

    Dawn of the internet in Paris

    My journey began in Paris at the dawn of the Internet era. As an Art Director, I adopted an approach that prioritized people above all else. Crafting engaging interactive experiences for movies that value the viewer and the context in which they engage.

  • Early 2000's

    Exploring different design cultures in Tokyo

    I then embraced the world of design in the cultural melting pot of Tokyo. Difficult though it was, it taught me the power of authentic creative expression in a different cultural context. It taught me to bring everyone into the creative process, because it is the diversity of ideas that ignites true creativity.

  • 2004 to 2009

    Mastering Brand Building in London

    I entered a new journey in London as a Design Director at Digitas/LBi. Here, I truly grasped the impact of differentiation, and learned how to create interactive experiences that were not just engaging, but also deeply user-centric.

  • 2009 to 2018

    Leading Creativity with Global Brands

    My leadership at Hugo & Cat, where I led its creative capability across global brands, gave me the chance to thrust people, their ideas, and innovations to the forefront. Together, we've enabled brands to add value to people's lives on their customer and prosper.

  • 2017 to Today

    Establishing an agency in New York

    My latest adventure has been establishing an agency in vibrant New York. Here, my approach has been to champion the cause of empathetic creativity; to grow a business that delivers excellence, but also one that genuinely impacts clients, teams and communities.
